When is Sandstorm going to be released and does anybody know what kind of theme decks?

When is Sandstorm going to be released and does anybody know what kind of theme decks?

My distributor is quoting "the week of 15 Sept" - and there are two theme decks. Ebgames.com has scans of the themedeck boxes.

i believe the set rlease date is the 16th of this month but im not totally sure. one of the theme decks has armaldo on it and the other one has cradily. the armaldo theme deck is water fighting, i think, and the cradily deck is grass fire but im not absolutely sure.
