We are plannning an Oct visit. Probably on the 16th

Yes and will do.

FYI David III will be running a new deck this week. I just built it and play tested it against Magma and the new deck beat the Magma deck hands down.

There will definately be league (10:00 or 10:30 A.M.) and a tourney at Noon.

I'm hoping that Jason can take me, I can't drive that far...

Also, there is a date set for Pastimes, but I don't know if they're doing any extras. 11/6, same as Rockford.

I just scheduled the tourney for this week. 10-16-04. It will be at the address above. League starts at 10:00

I just got permission to hold league in the new store, but for this week we'll still be at Prime Time. I'll post the info on the new store next week when I get it all made official through POP. I think you'll all like the new place, it's big and a brand new store. We'll be the first (and only so far) card game playing there. See ya all tomorrow at the old store. I'll be there at 10:00 A.M.

i can probably make it Dave II.

This league is a lot of fun. lots of good players and a nice variety of decks to play against. I'll be in FL this coming weekend, then at tournaments the next two weekends after that, so I guess I'll have to check out this new store on the 13th of November.

Nice tournament, though it kind of sucked going 3-1 and not getting anything. But I was able to at least prove that my magma deck could beat Dave III's new deck. He beat me once and I beat him once with those decks, so whatever. I hope I can make it up there again sometime.

Okay, I am going to go, 10/23/04 so I hope to see everyone there. I probably got Jason to come, hopefully he can make it

Yea I know. That's the problem w/ only having time for four rounds. Plus 1 of your wins happened to be against Evan who had to drop after losing two rounds and another was against Quin who finnished two spots below you with a 2&2 record. So basicly you got unlucky to draw Dave III in the first round and suffered a loss which put into the losing bracket and there wasn't enough time to catch back up. That's one of the good things about the new store. We'll have time for 5 rounds for sure and maybe 6. Plus I'll be taking care of the prizes so they will go up and I'll be able to spred them out more. Thanks for comming (everybody), and all of the nice comments.

Dave,

What are your plans for the prerelease tournaments. Q was asking me about them in both Brookfield and Rockford. Obvoiusly the league conflicts with them. What are your thoughts and plans? - R

5-6 rounds? How many people are you getting? WOW!

We consider 4 rounds a luxury at this point

Yea the new store is gonna be great.
14.3333 average attendance over 6 weeks. It's just that w/ only four rounds 1st, 2nd, and 3rd are decided more often by close tie breaks. 5 rounds seems to make the winners more clear cut. 6 may take it back the other way (and I'm not really sure if I'll have the time for a 6th anyway b/c I have to work Saturday nights), so I'm not sure if I'll do 6.

Unfortunatly like I said above I work Saturdays and cannot very often get them off, so I won't be able to make any of them. I'd like to get PTO status so I can hold my own, but I'm not sure if it'll get done for this release. Of the two I think Brookfield will have the better attendance so the prizes will be better, and Jared (the TO up there) runs excellent tourneys.

Took me a second to figure out the Q & R
