Save The Whale (Serperior/Wailord)
Just thought I would try this and see if it works. Any comments and helpful tips would be appreciated.
My only concern at the moment is trying to deal with Electric pokemon who give Wailord a hard time!!!!

Pokemon - 20

Wailmer x3
Wailord x3
Snivy x4
Servine x1
Serperior x4 (Royal Heal)
Farfetch'd x4
Shaymin x1

T/S/S - 25

Potion x4
Rare Candy x3
Switch x3
Pokemon Communication x3
Junk Arm x2
Energy Returner x1
Pokemon Collector x3
Interviewer's Questions x3
PONT x2
Twins x1

Energy - 15

Rainbow x4
Water x 11

Strategy :

Try to open with Farfetch'd and draw as many cards as possible until ready to set up. The idea is to build Wailord on the bench along with Serperior until Wailord is ready.
Interviewers Question's will get the necessary energy quickly.
If Farfetch'd is KO'd then Twins should help with the set up. Shaymin can help to move the energies around when required.
Once Wailord is active the Royal Heal ability of Serperior(s) combined with Potion and if necessary their re-use with Junk Arm should keep him out of KO reach.

One Farfetch'd isn't gonna cut it. and Shaymin can easily be replaced. If I were you:
-1 Farfetch'd
-1 Shaymin
-1 Interviewer's ?s
-2 Rare candy (or even just -1)
-4 Rainbow (not needed since you don't intend to attack with Serperior)
-1 Snivy
-1 Serperior (there needs to be somewhat more focus on your main attacker)
and depending on your play style -4 Potion

+2 Servine
+4 Double Colorless (Will help your Whales attack faster)
+1 Wailmer
+1 Wailord
+3 Smeargle (helps set up)
and getting if you get rid of poitions add these:
1 Switch
2 Seeker
1 Water Energy

This may improve consistency and such. Hope I helped:)
