Hello everyone! this is a mod ification of a deck that got me 4-2 at state last year :thumb:
here it goes

the main strategy is just to attack and win
azumarrill is there to cover up scetile's weakness

4 treecko
4 grovyle (DR)
4 sceptile(2 liz poison, 2 ET)
2 sparce
1 zangoose
4 marril ( free retreat ss)
4 azumarrill (3 ss, 1 trr)

3 POR
2 S! TM
2 warp point
2 switch
2 life herb
2 nrg recycle system (DR)
2 briney's
2 wally's

11 grass
9 water

please dont go "omgwtfbbq" because there is no sceptile ex I just dont have one yet

If the whole reason your azumarril is in there is to protect your weakness then use either anciet tomb or my favorite Kingdra from TRR you can do this
-4 marril
-4azumarril
-9 water
-2 wally's training
for
+1 horsea (DR, 50 HP)
+1 seadra ( DR, agility)
+1 Kingdra (TRR)
+4 mutli energy ( they can be transed and with ERS you only need 15 energy)
+2 pidgey
+1 Pidgeotto
+2 Pidgeot
+3 rare candy
+ 2 Mt.moon ( for D. electrode and many others)
+2 celio's network
Later -2 Grovly
+1 Sceptile EX and +1rare candy
-1 multi and -2 grass for +3 boost energy
