I asked Teresa who administers the scholarship program to check on this and she did not have any old unanswered emails in the scholarship queue. We have new email software that organizes and filters all the customer service accounts. It is possible that it is not working correctly and some emails are being lost.
As a first step, take your old emails to
[email protected] out of your sent email folder and forward them to
[email protected] with a note that you have not received a response.
If you still don’t have a response after a week, PM me. Be sure to let me know your name, POP id and the address you used to email scholarships@. I usually have PMs blocked but have opened it up to deal with this. Do not PM me anything unrelated to unanswered emails. Please keep in mind that the entire POP team leaves for Worlds next Tuesday and most will burn some vacation days right after we get back. Responses to emails and PMs are going to be really slow for a while.
Here are a few specific answers. I am just repeating what Teresa told me; I don’t know enough about the details to clarify them.
Krayzie: We do not have a Form B from you.
Patriarch: We have a Form B, but there is no proof of tuition incurred.
Blastoise-shellshocker: I don’t remember your real name so I couldn’t check. Did your brother send in both Forms A and B?
Dark Sneasel: Don’t trust fax machine received receipts. We get plenty of faxes that consist of nothing but the machine address at the bottom or are just a page of illegible smear. Send an email to check on it.
