Fast and hard hitting Scizor. Planning on using this because of this meta-game, though, I think this should do well against Lost-Gar. Any opinions? Any help would be appreciated.

ummm 10 energy is not enough energy in sizor.

Would deffenatly not do this. As blackbelt makes sizor way better. But you should try and squeeze 1 or two more energy in. As 3 is the magic number against sp.assuming belt

You're running a lot of tech pokemon for your LostGar match up, honestly. It'll be bad if they're running PGX in the list.

Yeah, your right. Take somethin else out instead. But what i do sincerely suggest, is that since you're only running metal attackers, you add in Ruins of Alph, cause lightnings are gonna donk scizor unless you add more energy to your sciz, which running only 10 energy isnt such a great idea...
