I thought about Vileplume for a while and thought that Vileplume might not always get off to the best start before it locks, so you need a backup plan against other decks. Tons of decks depend on DCE, so I thought Scizor Prime would not be that bad of an idea. Zoroark is typical counter to aggressive decks out there and it can help set up Vileplume.
