I see five problems to this deck the first is you only have 8 basic pokemon in this case the opponent could get 3 cards or more extra at the beginning of the game which will put you in a bad position, to fix this add some more basics like cleffa or a basic pokemon draw engine like pichu. number two is that if your running candies it's a waste of time to run a 4-4-4 line as you probably will never use the wirlepiede, to fix this I'd run a 4-2-4 line or even a 4-1-4 line with the extra space you can add more basic pokemon. Next your deck is too vulnerable to lostgar or mewgar they will just own you try to run your lines more efficiently or gengar is gonna lost zone every single one of your scolipede.Problem 4 is T1 or T2 decks (like ZPS and Reshiboar) will have the game over before you even get an attacking scolipede out there I don't know how to counter this one sorry
. the last problem is the most distant and wont happen until the release of EP but the hype is beartic right? so everyone will run beartic right? unless you use switch very constantly and have at least two scolipede ready to go it's an auto-loss hype or no hype and if beartic really does become useful it will make your life miserable, to help with this try pokemon catcher when it comes out to turn the tides.
other than that it's ok, it's a red face powder deck so it will throw the opponent off but the cons outweigh the pros I'm sorry but I think this deck is not a good one :/
