Lets be honest here from the start. This is a metagame deck so I think we could see a couple people playing this type of deck and everybodies might be different. I think it may do well in national level events but not win them. There has been a number of lists put up but I wanted to show you all my build.

Pokemon- 21

3 Gligar
3 Glisccor
1 LV X Gliscor
2 Baltoy
2 Claydol
2 Unown Q
2 Mr Mime
1 Buneary
1 Lopunny
1 Nincada
1 Shedinja
1 Chansey
1 Blissey

Trainers- 29

1 Stark Mountain
1 Lake Boundary
1 Warp Pointer
2 Night Maintenance
4 Roseanne's Research
2 Rare Candy
3 Technical Machine TS-1
4 Bebe's Search
3 Cynthia's Feelings
4 Super Scoop Up
3 Professor Oak's Visit
1 Technical Machine TS-2

Energy- 10

4 Call Energy
6 Fighting Energy

Not going into how it play the deck but if you would like to ask questions post up and I will try to answer them.

I will be honest, this will NOT be meta game. I am sorry to tell you this, I like Gliscor a lot, but against Kingdra, and AMU it isn't a match period.

^ FALSE FALSE FALSE FALSE... My gliscor has only lost 1 match against kingdra out of 12, All you need is 2 mr.mimes on the bench and when they finally have 3 energy on a kingdra just level up pester, night slash bring up another mr.mime And this deck MURDERS amu..

I haven't really studied the deck, I know it's good, but is 10 energy enough for any deck?
Even Bee needs 12, right? Don't disregard Kingra, drop the bugs and the rabbits for 2-2
Electrode maybe?

I am pairing my Gilscor with the new Lucario and Shedinja. I have not really had a chance to test it yet so I dont know if it works. I will be attending leauge for the 1st time in three weeks, hopefully I will be able to test it well then before BR's start.

Wow alot of peeps don't know the meaning of metagame or maybe misunderstand my context. A metagame deck is one based to beat the metagame. Scorpio does it well with only one really hard match up. Unfortunatly, for our brave hero it is also the best deck around hence the "I think it may do well in national level events but not win them." I am aware that it is not the be all and end of all of decks but it a nice deck to get you think about how the game works.

To answer edwarpy well pointed out question 10 is just right was you want place for techs and the sexy Rosanne and Claydol will find you one if you really need it. Acel is more needed as all the pokes have 1 or 2 cost attacks. However, bunnies are good for the Chomp and Frostlass match and bugs help with the minds games as well as making your peeps make difficult choices.

And BTW Kingdra apes this deck as it plus powers and puts three energy on Kingdra and KOs Mime in one for a free prize. But bring AMU I like six easy prizes.

Kingdra DOES NOT kill this deck if you know how to play it right... Trust me I have a very consistent list of gliscor and so far the only tough match up is empoleon.. It takes about 4 turns to get a kingdra out with 3 energy, and if your list is built correctly you already have 2 Mr.mime out and 2 Gliscors ready to be leveled up.. The only POSSIBLE way kingdra can win is if they out speed u (turn 1 kingdra without a Mr. mime start... Very unlikely) Or VERY VERY proper use of warp points... (or if they run duskinoir tech). I Don't think ANY deck is the meta-game yet, that will be determined after a few BR's But with the right list of Gliscor it is a possible contender..

Let me point out somethings that I like and dislike about your list. I love the loppuney concept, I play it in my own deck, But the blissy is not the sharpest Idea.. I would take out the blissey for a 1-1 Venomoth as I found that to be very affective if they warp point you, you set up 90-110 dmg(bucks, poison) next turn. I play 1 darkria in my deck and I have found that to be VERY affective in tight situations (quick 80, and sleep..), So you might want to consider that.. Another fault i see in your list is that you only run 1 gliscor level x.. The key to winning with this deck is when they get there main attacker out you level up and NIGHT SLASH (or pester to set up a 2 hit if its a 110-130 hp) and switch out with a loppuny to remove dmg/Venomoth to set up more dmg/ Mr. mime to prevent your opponent from doing any thing/ etc... the list goes on of the possible techs.. Some people have thrown out the idea of teching in Electrode; I semi-like the idea based on empoleon match-up. A quick fix I see is Definitely add in another Mr.mime its the key to the deck, and the best start with a call energy/evoluter.. On an ending note, the last couple things I would fix about your deck is take out the rare candy, there not useful especially because you only run 2, and you need more energy, MULTI preferably. I would run 13-15 energy.

As I have said on another post Blissey is there to make the Chomp game easier as she can do 70 for one energy. i think Darkrai is bad for this deck as I have to run another type of energy plus 10 damage and auto sleep that there is a 25% chance they will not be asleep in my turn makes it sound horriable when I can burn them and bounce Glisor to my hand and hit them with the power next turn and protect my Glisor LVL X.

And there is always a metagame it's just if you choose to see it or not.

gliscor can handle the metagame very strongly and can over power the so called power house decks under all odds. kingdra im sorry to say isnt that strong vs a strong gliscor list, all it will need to do is lvl up pester next turn night slash switch with shedninja or mr.mine for win.
second AMU is a joke deck to me in many ways first off lvl x deck hahahaha yeah right if thats what you call the metagame then you sir dont know the metagame. In the end of this post i would like to add never think a deck with so much power and small hitters will not be in the metagame.
