This is just a rough draft of an idea I had.
2-2 Magcargo (Smooth Over)
4-3-1 Lucario (Dual Armor / Hurricane Kick) + Lv. X
4 Jirachi (Final Wish / Detour)
1 Azelf
17 Pkmn
3 Prof. Oak
1 Prof. Juniper
3 Computer Search
4 Item Finder
2 Gust of Wind
4 Poke Drawer +
3 Twins
2 Ether
2 Broken Time-Space
1 Pokemon Collector
1 Castaway
1 Scott
1 Ghetsis
1 Palmer's Contribution
3 Mr. Briney's Compassion
1 Expert Belt
1 Life Dew [ACE SPEC]
34 Trainers
3 Double Colorless
3 Basic Fighting
3 Scramble
9 Energy
The basic strategy is to start with the Jirachi + Twins + Detour opening, and when the opponent has taken 2 to 3 prizes, start attacking with Lucario's Hurricane Kick immediately with Scramble Energy. Expert Belt for more power. Then if/when the opponent gets down to their last prize, drop Life Dew on Lucario to keep the opponent stuck at 1 prize left (and Lucario at max power). Item Finder can prolong this gamestate.
Magcargo stacks the deck and holds it together. Magcargo combos with Ether, and you can use Poke Drawer + or Oak to immediately get the card you stacked. DCE + Ether is as good as Scramble.
Mr. Briney's reuses Lucario's Lv. X's Stance, and with Broken Time-Space you can seamlessly keep up momentum by dropping Lucario back on the bench (and level-up the new Lucario, if any).
