Strategy: Get a Scizor built up with about
2 Dark/2 Metal, that way i hit for 70 and prevent
20.

put in 4x boost and some TV reporter. That you can discard dark/metal than attach boost and exchange it for what you've jut discraded

go blaziken, kill that scizor ;/
i think scizor ex is too weak, sorry =/
and ex evolving to ex isnt really good also

Goooooooooooooooooooooooojira!

Anyway, having run multiple decks based on this premise (which I refer to as Gojira), let me share my experience:

-1 Scyther ex
-1 Scizor ex
+1 Natu
+1 Xatu

Healing is paramount. You want as many Xatu Benched as possible. Second, strongly consider switching to Dark Steelix. Long story short: same benefits, better overall stats (little more HP, more retreat... but no Pokemon ex). You can also use DRE to speed that deck up, and anti Blaze/ex measures like Ancient Tomb and ATM Rock.

Dark Steelix is pretty cool IMHO. It has a nice first attack, dark-needed second attack, good HP, and isn't an EX. Has grass resistance right? Good luck with this deck Micheal.

Indefinatly switch the Scizor for Dark Steelix. My friend built a deck like this, and it ownz.
Do this:
-1 Natu
-1 Xatu
-3 Rocket's Scyther EX
-3 Rocket's Scizor EX
+3 Onix (Sandstorm)
+3 Dark Steelix
+2 Rocket's Ball

For the record, Dark Steelix has 110 HP, is Darkness/slash metal typed, Fire Weak, Grass Resistant, and has a Retreat Cost of four. Its first attack does 20 damage for (CC), and gives you the option of attaching an Energy card from your discard pile onto Dark Steelix. The second attack, for (FCCC), does 60 damage. The deck requires you either run massive amounts of Trainer based healing, or you can try to use Sandstorm Xatu, in which case I strongly recommend a 4/4 line, as two on the bench just won't do. Oh, and you shouldn't need 3 Dark Steelix. You really just need one, but if we only do one, then its more likely that one being in your prizes will make things hard on you. ;)

I like the deck, but Dark Steelix is better than Rocket's Scizor Ex. Other than that you are looking good. Keep on keepin on my friend.

Hmmmm, Well, i have to agree about Steelix being very good, the thing i don't like about is that it needs 1 Fighting instead of any energy, but other then that is very good. Thanks everyone.

Not to be pushy, but between Rainbow Energy and DRE (a wonderful way to boost its speed), you don't end up using any actual Fighting Energy. And if you do happen to lack it, you can settle for a smwller attackw ith Energy link. Your deck though.
