Searching for Lv X Pokemon

I'm using Bebe's Search, Pokemon Collector, Pokemon Communication and Lv X Uxie in my deck. Am I able to use those 3 trainers to search for Lv X Uxie? Is Uxie Lv X considered a basic pokemon even though its leveling from its base card that is a basic pokemon?

It's important to not confuse what a card is when it's just a card and what it is when it is in play.
When not in play, look at the card to see what kind of Pokemon card it is.
The card says that it is a "Level Up" card.
It does not say "Basic Pokemon".

Once in play, a Level X counts as the same stage as the Pokemon it leveled up from. But that's only while it is in play.

So, Pokemon Collector won't get a Level Up card. It's not a Basic card.
The other two search for any kind of Pokemon card, so they can get Level X's.
