A question about Wally's Training...
Can I Wally's Training first turn to evolve my active Pokemon?
If so...
Then could I Wally's Training first turn to evolve my active Team Magma Pokemon then attach a Team Magma Belt to have a second turn Stage 2 Pokemon?
Just wondering...

As the rulebook states, you cannot evolve on the very first turn. The only exception to this rule to this date is the Giovanni Trainer card. Appropriate ruling below.
