Oh good, I wasn't sure where this thread went. How come you've got your PMs turned off? I tried PMing you to let you know that I received and needed your address..but couldn't get the PM through. However, I've found your address and have the card packaged up ready to send. It will go out within the next couple days. I went to mail today, but the line was out the door. The post office has been slammed due to the rate change that just happened yesterday.
