Serperior and Poison

Hi,

Was just wondering how Poison and Serperior's Ability would work out together...

Ability - Royal Heal
At any time between turns, heal 10 damage from each of your Pokemon.

Poison - In between turns, take 10 damage.

I am assuming since Royal Heal says "At any time..." that means that you can heal off the 10 poison damage after it is placed, since that is still between turns, and you can choose when to use Royal Heal. Just want to be sure though.

While I have you here, can I choose to not heal damage from a certain Pokemon, but still heal damage from a different Pokemon?

Player's choice on the order, so you can heal before or after the Poison damage is placed.

You can't choose not to heal one of the Pokemon. There is no choice on that.
You have to heal all of them whether you want to or not.
