what if i have a serperior active and on my bench a cleffa, but i dont want to move any energy around 'cause its unnecessary, the attack doesnt say that it is optional to move energies, i must to move all of them? can i move only 1? can i move all energis to cleffa then move back them to serperior? or just not to move any if i dont want?
