When is a set "legal" to be used?, I mean, my nats (Chile), are going to be this weekend, and MD hasn't been released in stores yet. I talked to my LD and they said that MD probably will be out this week (before Nats).

So, can I use MD in that case?

Once the official "street date" of MD occurs, then the set is legal for your country. I'd almost say build one deck with the new cards and have the other cards put off to the side in case it actually does get released for you guys.

Street date doesn't say everything Secrets. Belgium nats were HP-GE despite MD being released prior to the nats.

After all, they are the ones that are going to allow your deck or not, regardless of what anyone here says about "street legal".
