After another hiatus or more, I've decided to come back to post more Pokémon card ideas based on Pokémon and other things in the SFA-Verse, and this time, it's for Pokémon introduced in the latest SFA-Verse entries, Pokémon Mind and Matter. The reason I made another topic is because it's been almost 7 months since the last one had a new post. In addition to new cards, I've also resurrected a Pokémon card type from the glory days of the CaC forum in Pokémon-SP, originally made by Burninating_Torchic, although I've made some changes to their rules as described below. In addition, I've introduced a new Special Condition in Frostbitten, also described below.

New Card Type
Pokémon SP
Coined by Burninating_Torchic (named after Nintendo Game Boy Advance SP) - (description from Pokémon SP contest) 3 Prizes for KO. One card with specific name per deck (like Shining Pokémon from Wizards). See below for detailed description.
Evolution: Basic Pokémon, must be final evolution.
Prefix / Suffix: Suffix of SP.
HP: 2x-2.5x Pokémon's normal HP, ±30-60 HP
Weaknesses: 1
Resistance: Normal if it has one.
Retreat Cost: Normal or 1 more than normal.
Abilities/Attacks: 1.5x-1.75x strength of Basic Pokémon-EX.
Pokémon SP Rule: "You can't have more than Pokémon-SP with the same name in your deck. When your Pokémon-SP is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 3 Prize cards."
New Special Condition
Frostbitten
Based on Frostbite from Pokémon Legends: Arceus and Pokémon Mind and Matter.
Normally seen on attacks or abilities of {W} Pokémon that are Ice based.
After each player's turn, flip 2 coins. For each tails, put 1 damage counter on the Frostbitten Pokémon.
Can be stacked with Poisoned, Burned, and either Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.
