After another hiatus or more, I've decided to come back to post more Pokémon card ideas based on Pokémon and other things in the SFA-Verse, and this time, it's for Pokémon introduced in the latest SFA-Verse entries, Pokémon Mind and Matter. The reason I made another topic is because it's been almost 7 months since the last one had a new post. In addition to new cards, I've also resurrected a Pokémon card type from the glory days of the CaC forum in Pokémon-SP, originally made by Burninating_Torchic, although I've made some changes to their rules as described below. In addition, I've introduced a new Special Condition in Frostbitten, also described below.

New Card Type

Pokémon SP

Coined by Burninating_Torchic (named after Nintendo Game Boy Advance SP) - (description from Pokémon SP contest) 3 Prizes for KO. One card with specific name per deck (like Shining Pokémon from Wizards). See below for detailed description.
Evolution: Basic Pokémon, must be final evolution.
Prefix / Suffix: Suffix of SP.
HP: 2x-2.5x Pokémon's normal HP, ±30-60 HP
Weaknesses: 1
Resistance: Normal if it has one.
Retreat Cost: Normal or 1 more than normal.
Abilities/Attacks: 1.5x-1.75x strength of Basic Pokémon-EX.

Pokémon SP Rule: "You can't have more than Pokémon-SP with the same name in your deck. When your Pokémon-SP is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 3 Prize cards."

New Special Condition

Frostbitten

Based on Frostbite from Pokémon Legends: Arceus and Pokémon Mind and Matter.
Normally seen on attacks or abilities of {W} Pokémon that are Ice based.
After each player's turn, flip 2 coins. For each tails, put 1 damage counter on the Frostbitten Pokémon.
Can be stacked with Poisoned, Burned, and either Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.

{R}{R} Lava Surf The Defending Pokémon is now Burned. Put 4 damage counters instead of 2 on the Burned Pokémon after each player's turn (even if it was already Burned). 60

Once during your turn (before your attack), you may draw a card. If that card is a basic {W} Energy card, attach it to this Pokémon.
{W}{W} Water Absorber Heal 20 damage from this Pokémon for each {W} Energy attached to this Pokémon. 60
{W}{C}{C} Hydro Pump Does 60 more damage for each {W} Energy attached to this Pokémon but not used to pay for this attack's Energy cost. You can't add more than 120 damage in this way. 90+

If this Pokémon has only Special Energy cards attached to it, treat all coin flips for this Pokémon as if they were heads.

{L}{C}{C} Lightning Gun Flip a coin. If heads, until the end of your opponent's next turn, any damage done by attacks to the Defending Pokémon is increased by 40 (after applying Weakness and Resistance). If tails, this attack does nothing. 120

As long as this Pokémon is your Active Pokémon, all damage done by attacks from your opponent's Pokémon that has any Special Energy cards attached to it is reduced by 30 (before applying Weakness and Resistance).
{W} Ice Water Flip a coin. If heads, place a Freeze counter of the Defending Pokémon. While a Pokémon has a Freeze counter, that Pokémon may not attack or retreat while this Pokémon remains your Active Pokémon. A Freeze counter may be removed by any effect that removes all Special Conditions. 20

{Y} Disarming Voice Does 10 damage to each Defending Pokémon. This attack's damage isn't affected by Weakness, Resistance, Abilities, or any other effects on each of those Pokémon.
{A}{C} Candy Blitz Does 10 damage times the number of Pokémon you have in play with Harkandi in its name. Before doing damage, you may search your deck for any number of Pokémon with Harkandi in its name and put them on your Bench. Shuffle your deck afterward. 10x

Once during your turn (before your attack), you may search your deck for a card with Harkandi or Kandigem in its name and put it into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward.
{A} Gemstone Glow If the Defending Pokémon tries to attack, your opponent flips a coin. If tails, that attack does nothing (Benching the Defending Pokémon ends this effect). 30

{O}{C}{C} Infinite Rush Flip a coin until you get tails. This attack does 120 damage times the number of heads. If you get 1 or less heads, prevent all effects of attacks, other than damage, done to this Pokémon during your opponent's next turn. 120x
