League Leaders don't have age limit. League Owners need to be 18 but his parents could be the owners etc.

Yes, my league is that old. It started about the third week of the Floe season in the Sevii Islands cycle. I believe there were only 5 leagues in Virginia, including mine, when I started.

@Lucario ex: I was 18 when I started the league in Vienna :wink:
