wouldnt eevee UF energy evolution be abit mroe help on gettign jolteon, all you do is attahc a electric to it and u use the power and bam jolteon is out. but that means u'd have to get rid of the space center. so i'd say

-1 space center
-1 lass
-1mr stone.

+2 meteor falls
+1 magnetic strom.

and change the CFF eevee for the Energy Evolution eevee.
