Shiftry Ex (PK) vs Lv X pokemon

Say for example i use Shiftry Ex's Dirge, which does 60 to the active and 60 to any benched pokemon with the same name. the active is Lucario and the bench has Lucario Lv X .. Does the Lv X take 60 as well? Reason for asking: you're only allowed a combination of 4 pokemon w/ their Lv X form
(i.e. 3 lucario 1 lucario lv X)

The Level, whether it is some number or "X", is not part of the name.
In this case, both are named "Lucario"
