Shiftry Unlucky wind

Ok, Say i have RR Shiftry Active and using Memory berry to use Nuzleafs Blind RR on my Opponents active Fainting Spell Gengar and knocks it out. Does Fainting Spell work if they get heads?

The Fainting Spell flip actually occurs on your turn... you have to finish all effects resulting from your attack (among other things) before your turn is over.

Unlucky Wind can only be triggered on your opponent's turn... which wouldn't start until "between turns" is over he or she draws a card.
