Shiny/Chaining Guide?

Does anyone mind if I make a PokeRadar chaining guide? I was disappointed to see you didn't have one and I think a lot of the newer players who don't know the full power of the PokeRadar might like it.

<<" Why am I asking permission?

Well, if you're making a guide, I have a question that I think you might be able to answer. Is there any patch setup that gives a 100 % chance of the chain not breaking? Psypokes argues that all chains break because of something the player did, but <site we're not supposed to talk about for some reason> says that no patch guarantees that it won't break the chain. You have any idea which is true?

So far as I've seen there's no way you can actually guarantee the chain won't break. You can make it absurdly unlikely to break, but it's still possible.

I think that if you are careful enough, that chance is close to negligible. I've chained, like, a hundred and a half times, but only broken chains without doing anything wrong about five times, and I recently learned that I may have been doing something wrong all along (which I fixed). So...
