All three shiny legendaries can be downloaded at GameStop. Also, these are the ones that allow you to encounter Zoroark if traded to Black/White.

It is not HG/SS exclusive: Platinum, Diamond, or Pearl can download them as well.

Raikou will have Weather Ball, Entei will have Flare Blitz, and Suicune will have Sheer Cold.

Raikou can be downloaded during January 3rd-9th.
Entei can be downloaded during January 17th-23rd.
Suicune can be downloaded during January 31st-February 6th.

It also states that they all learn ExtremeSpeed. Assuming these are the same events as in Japan, here are their moves/natures



Raikou: Rash @ Zap Cannon/Weather Ball/Aura Sphere/ExtemeSpeed
Entei: Adamant @ Flare Blitz/Crush Claw/Howl/ExtremeSpeed
Suicune: Relaxed @ Sheer Cold/Aqua Ring/Air Slash/ExtremeSpeed
 
EB Games to my understanding is owned by Gamestop. My guess is that the downloads will be available at EB stores as well.

@ tseng- Yes, the mystery gift option on the start menu of your game.

@AyameHikaru- TRU will prolly get the Celebi, as it seems to be alternating between GS and TRU- which I am curiouse as too how it is decided in the first place as to which business gets to release the event Pokies in the first place.

Glad to see that 5 cartridges can be used to recieve these "Bad boy " doggies- this means trade power and Prize Pokies at tournaments!
Now about this Celebi............ Heck- havent had a Legit Celebi release since the mall tour back in the day.....

@poke trainer chris- I do believe the downloads are restricted to a short-"weak" signal with in the store itself, and is an exclusive event hosted by Gamestop.
I do not think wi-fi at home or anywhere else is possable, due to the exclusive release at Gamestop provided by Nintendo.
 
^ Yes, as long as you have the mystery gift "activated" as an option on your cartridge, and you have "deleted" previouse "mystery gift" cards, like the Mew download card. You can have only 3 "downloads" on ONE cartridge, so make room for the new download.
You could have 20 game cartridges, get 20 downloads.
You will not be able to downlaod a second time onto the same cartridge, even if you delete the downlaoded gift.
One "dog" per game cartridge.
 
Well, that's good to hear. It's been a while since we last had a Gamestop/Toys R's Us Pokemon giveaway. Now, it looks like we'll finally be getting the shiny legendary beasts! Awesome, I can't wait. I want to get some shiny legendaries, as well as the Zororark (since these shiny legendary beasts allow you to catch Zoroark in Pokemon BW).:thumb:

As far as new and getting money for used games, yes.

As far as purchasing used games, there's nobody better out there (though there should be)

They are both owned by the same company. Not sure though.

Yep I'm getting 4 of each. I have no idea what I'm going to do with them all though.
