Go to the Official Professor Forum at http://forums.pokemon-tcg.com/ and there is a sticky topic at the top labelled Shipment Errors.

Don't forget to email your packing list to [email protected] as well ..

The packing list is the letter that comes attached to the UPS box - giving details of the order.

If you've lost it, it might make it a little more difficult for PUI to fix your order.

We mods/admins at the 'gym don't have any power to grant permission to the POP forums; you'll have to email POP yourself to get this cleared up.

As long as you are registered with the POP Professor forums, you should be able to access it. Its one of the top threads on the professor boards.
