Sigilyph Plasma Blast?

So the new Plasma Blast Sigilyph has an ability called Tool Box.

It says you can have up to 4 Pokemon Tools on Sigilyph.

My question is what happens if all 4 are say Rocky Helmet?

Would it be 80 damage to opponents Pokemon if they damage you?

Would 4 Evolite reduce the damage by 80?

Would 4 Giant Cape add 80 HP?

Etc.

Short answer, yes.

Best guess?

You treat each Tool individually. And then you combine the results.

There is nothing in there that states that duplicate effects are to be ignored.

So, unless I'm overridden, I'm going to say that, yes, the effects do stack.
