"Simple" D/P Questions?

Have a "simple" D/P question, ask it here?

The best way this could work is work is to PM the person with the answer. That way we won't have to comeback every 5 min or so to check if someone has answer the question.

here is mine:

In order to get 149 and get the national pokedex do you have to hatch the Riolu egg (Lucario's Preevolution)? Or does someone (other trainers in the game) have it? That's the only one i'm missing and i want to soft reset for a good natured one. But doing it right now would take forever since you have to save before you get the egg then walk with it.

Did you see the picture of Dialga yet? Maybe it's the one you're missing?

What time of night did you check the T.V. in the Chateau to get Rotom to pop, anyone who's got it? I have tried various times during the night but haven't seen it yet, you're supposed to just go up to the T.V. and click it at the right time, right?

EDIT: Nevermind, found out why (why the SKDNKAN do you need the National Dex for that one? GG...)

Oh, I found out which city the day care is in, it's in Solocian Town, and you don't need any requirements

The real third gym leader is in Veilstone and the 4th is, I believe, in Pastoria(sp?) After you beat those two, you can go back and challenge her.
