Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Single Pokémon Sets - Master List

Archonn

New Member
After all this time lurking, i finally had a good idea for a set: Single Pokémon Sets! These will be very small sets, one for each of the 493 Pokémons. These sets will have eleven Pokémon cards; one of them must be the chosen Pokémon, without any preffixes or suffixes in its name, and the rest are all variations of the same Pokémon (but with the preffixes, suffixes, and other mechanics). Pokémons in one of these sets may have the same name (so a set's pokémon could all have the same name, in the most extreme case), but they must be eleven different cards. Also present in a set are three Trainer cards (that must something related with the Pokémon, even if only Flavor text), and a single card that can be anything you want (it doesn't have to be related to the set's theme Pokemon).

The neat thing is, you are free to design your own Single Pokémon Set! As long as you follow the guidelines, feel free to choose a Pokémon and list its fifteen card set. You may post your set outside of this thread, if you think it deserves a separate thread. Remember that you have total ownership of your set, so it's up to you to manage reservations and card quality.

Don't have mechanics to use in your set? Check LorakLucan/MegaVelocibot's Guide.

One thing about the sets... The set is limited to a single pokémon, not its entire family (a Charmander set can only have Charmanders, not Charmeleon or Charizard), About reserving the rights to make a set list... Any person can only have three names reserved at a time. If you have any other doubts, please ask.

Now on to the 493 Pokémon list! If the Pokémon has been reserved, there will be a [Reserved by (Pokégym Account Name)] besides the Pokémon. If its set has been already created, it will link to the post/thread where the set is (check that post/thread for remaining cards, if any).

Created Pokémon:

Sunflorazumarill - Alt

If there's something wrong with this list, tell me and i'll correct it (EDIT: New pokémons added, starting with sunflorazumarill's pokés.). Oh, and the first set is in my next post.

Back to back posts merged. The following information has been added:

Here it is, the Ditto Set! As for reserving, there is no limit for reserving here. Don't think it will be this way in more important sets, though. Cards done are in bold, reserves are in itallic, along with the name of the person who reserved it.

Pokémons:
Ditto
Ditto ex
Ditto *
Falkner's Ditto
Bugsy's Ditto
Whitney's Ditto
Morty's Ditto
Chuck's Ditto
Jasmine's Ditto
Pryce's Ditto
Clair's Ditto

Trainers:
Metagame
Doppelganger
Inventor

Special:
Why?

And the set's first cards.

-------------------
Morty's Ditto // HP: 50 // Type: (C)
Basic Pokémon

Poké-Power: Shadow Clone -- If Morty's Ditto would leave your Bench to become your Active Pokémon, you may instead put a face-down card from your hand in play as your Active Pokémon. If a card is played this way, it counts as a copy of Morty's Ditto's Pokémon card. Any energy attached to Morty's Ditto counts as if it were attached to the card placed this way, except when the card is Knocked Out. If the card played this way leaves play, turn it face up. You can't use this power if Morty's Ditto is affected by a Special Condition.
(C) Strange Pound -- Base Damage: 10+ -- This attack does 10 damage plus 10 more damage for each (P) Energy attached to this Pokémon but not used to pay this attack's energy cost. You can't add more than 40 damage this way. If you do 30 or more damage this way, flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Confused.

Weakness: (F) // Resistance: None // Retreat Cost: (C)
Author's Note: Yes, the Poké-Power is an homage to Naruto.
-------------------
Pryce's Ditto // HP: 50 // Type: (C)
Basic Pokémon

Poké-Body: Ice Mirror -- If Pryce's Ditto would be Knocked Out in any moment other than at the end of your turn, instead, it is Knocked Out at the end of your turn. Energies attached to Pryce's Ditto provide all kinds of energies, but only one at a time. Pryce's Ditto may perform any attack performed during your opponent's last turn as if it had that attack on its card.
(C) Cold Touch -- Base Damage: 0 -- Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Paralyzed.

Weakness: (F) // Resistance: None // Retreat Cost: (C)
-------------------
Inventor
Trainer Card (Supporter)

[Supporter Rule: You can only play one Supporter card each turn. When you play this card, put it next to your Active Pokémon. When your turn ends, discard this card ]

Discard an Energy attached to 1 of your Pokémon in play. If you do, you may reveal any number of Trainer cards from your hand to your opponent. If you do, shuffle those cards into your deck, then search for as many Trainer cards into your deck, reveal them to your oppponent, and put them into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterwards.

ensignmerlin: Hehe, yes, it is odd, but i'm not a person of normal ideas. Anyway, i think i should address some things about your set:
1) No reservations?
2) Where are the trainers and the random cards?
3) Aren't Pokémon-XD, Dark and Angel limited? I can see you passing through the latter two's restriction with usage of the Experienced mechanic (what would make them Evolved Pokémon, thus eligible for Dark and Angel descriptors), but as for the XD, only final evolutions are allowed, although you could argue that before the GSC era Porygon was the last of its line, thus eligible for being XD.
4) Alpha? Beta? Don't remember 'em... I suppose that, since they are promos, they are reserved for you and you're going to unveil the mechanics (if any) behind them at the set's end, right?

-------------------
Chuck's Ditto // HP: 60 // Type: (C)
Basic Pokémon

(C) Bash -- Base Damage: 10+ -- This attack does 10 damage plus 10 more damage if Chuck's Ditto has an Damage counter in it.
(C) Sculpt -- Base Damage: 0 -- Choose a Base HP, a Type, an attack, a Pokémon Power, a Weakness, a Resistance, or a Retreat Cost. If the Defending Pokémon has the chosen attribute, Chuck's Ditto copies it (The copied attribute replaces the original, if any.). Until the end of your turn, all Energies attached to this Pokémon count as if they provided all kinds of Energies, but only one at a time. You may choose one of this Pokémon's attacks not named Sculpt afterwards. Chuck's Ditto performs that attack.

Weakness: (F) // Resistance: None // Retreat Cost: (C)
Author's Note: Remember, Pokémon Powers count as both powers and bodies. But honestly, i'm disliking Sculpt's wording a lot. Any help?
-------------------
Ditto * // HP: 70 // Type: (C)
Basic Pokémon

[Pokémon-* Rule: You can't have more than 1 Pokémon-* in your deck.]

Poké-Power: Starshape -- Any Energies attached to Ditto * provide all kinds of Energies, but only one at a time.
(C) Tension -- Base Damage: 0 -- You may have Ditto * perform one of the Defending Pokémon's attacks as if that attack was on Ditto *. If you do and the attack damaged the Defending Pokémon, count the number of Prizes drawn by your opponent. If he or she has drawn at least two, flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Confused. If he or she has drawn at least three, put two damage counters on the Defending Pokémon. If he or she has drawn at least four, the defending Pokémon is now Poisoned. If he or she has drawn at least five, put seven damage counters on Ditto * and six damage counters on your opponent's Pokémons in any way you like.

Weakness: (G) // Resistance: None // Retreat Cost: (C)
-------------------
Porygon δ // HP: 40 // Type: (G)
Basic Pokémon

(C) Peck -- Base Damage: 10
(G)(C) Virtual Petals -- Base Damage: 20x -- Flip three coins. This attack does 20 damage times the number of heads. If two or more coins are heads, Porygon is now Confused.

Weakness: (F) // Resistance: None // Retreat Cost: (C)
EDIT -- Author's Note: This Porygon δ was disregarded in favour of a reserve made after this card's creation.

Thought we were each going to make an enitre set on our own..

1. Dont need to reserve anything special yet.
2. oops.. can i get an extension on the amount of cards?
3. I dunno... I guess have them go with the RBY idea.
4. Those aren't real ones(Not to be confused with el Senor Torchic's Alpha and Beta Species), instead they're like "Cool Pokemon" or "Surfing Pokemon" or etc.

Porygon 50HP [C]

PokéPower: Digital Haywire.
All Special Energy cards in play have no effects and provide [C]. this PokéPower stops working when Porygon is affected by a Special Condition.

You may discard a card from your hand. If you do, you may discard a card from your opponent's hand at random.

These sets are normal sets, you're free to do them as you want to, as long you respect the guidelines (found in the first paragraph). So if you want to reserve the entire Porygon set (or any other set you do) for yourself, go ahead.

1. Lol, sorry if i was not clear enough, i'm saying that you haven't done any rule for reserves, like a limit for the number of reserves, or a "If you reserve one delta, you must reserve all delta" clause, or something like that (you don't need to do any specific rule, its just examples). But at least say how many cards one can reserve, if any.
2. Three Trainer cards, and a card of your choice. The trainers must be related to the Pokémon the set is based on, but the card of your choice can be anything, even an internet fad if you want it. BTW, this is all explained with a bit more of detail at the first paragraph.
3. The RBY idea saves the Pokémon-XD, but what about Dark and Angel? Porygons aren't Evolved Pokémon (unless you cleverly use a combination of traits and experience... If you really want to have a Dark/Angel Porygon, then i want to reserve them, if you're allowing reservations in your set).
4. I see.

Will do more cards later, i'm in a bit of a hurry now in real life.

1. I would prefer to work on the Porygon myself if that's ok.
2. I was asking if I could have 14 or 15 cards in the set instead of 11...
3. Celibi wasn't an evolved Pokemon either. But I guess I can remove them for the trainers and such.
4. It's in the guide as the (Other) mechanic under real mechanics.

Kite's Porygon EX 100HP [C]

Basic Pokémon
~Ex Rule~

PokéBody: Modify Data
Once during your turn, before you attack, you may change Porygon's type to [An], [Vr], or [Vi].

[An][Vr][Vi] Data Drain 50
If Kite's Porygon EX is a [An] type Pokémon, prevent all effects of attacks(Including Damage) done to your benched Pokémon.
If Kite's Porygon EX is a [Vr] type Pokémon, Discard 2 cards at random from your opponent's hand.
If Kite's Porygon EX is a [Vi] type Pokémon, Discard all Energy cards attached to Kite's Porygon EX and this attack does 50 more damage.

The fifteen card number is actually required, it's part of the guidelines (more specifically, you must have 11 Pokémons, 3 Trainers, and 1 extra card of your choice, total of 15 required cards). If you want to work on Porygon set all by yourself, then go ahead (i assume you're going to disregard my Porygon delta, then?). About Dark Celebi... yeah, you could argue that, but this leaves Angel Porygon without any proper justificative. It's your set, anyway, so in the end its your choice (including it or not, regardless of technical restrictions).

On to more Dittos, then.

-------------------
Bugsy's Ditto // HP: 50 // Type: (C)
Basic Pokémon

Poké-Body: Cocoon Copy -- You may evolve Bugsy's Ditto into any Pokémon that evolves from one of your Stage 1 Pokémon in play. If Bugsy's Ditto is Knocked Out, you may return an Evolved Pokémon card that would be discarded this way to your hand, and move an Energy card attached from Bugsy's Ditto to 1 of your Pokémon in play.
(C) Harden -- Base Damage: 0 -- Flip a coin. If heads, prevent the next three damage counters from being placed on Bugsy's Ditto during your opponent's next turn. If tails, prevent the next damage counter from being placed on Bugsy's Ditto during your opponent's next turn.
(C) Tumble -- Base Damage: 10

Weakness: (F) // Resistance: None // Retreat Cost: (C)

I personally like this idea...I think I'll take a shot at my favorite Pokemon:
CASTFORM!!!!!!

Anyone is welcome to reserve a card(s) in my set, but you may not reserve more than 2 at a time (do to the small size of each set), all cards are subject to my approval, and if I have put down something after the name of the card, like for PTM 351, it says Tempermental Flux, that means the attack will be called Temepermental Flux.

Bold Text: Card Finished
Italic Text w/Red Font: Reserved by (PokeGym User Name)
Italic Text w/Green Font: Reserved by the Phantom

If multiple cards are created, most times it will be first come, first serve as to which card will stay. The only thing that overrides that rule is if the card was previously reserved. Then it will be up to the person who reserved it, whether they want to complete the card, or if they will let it stay, which would pass final approval over to me.

Wallace's Castform
Norman's Castform

(Just a note on the Castforms {minus the Crystal Type}, and maybe even the Castform-ex; please include the Tempermental Weather Poke-Power, since that helps improve Castform's usefulness)

Trainers
Sea of Sand (Stadium)
Phantom's Technical Machine 351 (Attack Name: Tempermental Flux)
Storm Chaser (Supporter)

The Other Card
Weather Energy (Special Energy Card)

Weather Energy
Special Energy Card

Attach Weather Energy to 1 of your Pokemon. While in play, Weather Energy provides (W) Energy, (R) Energy, and (L) Energy, but provides only 1 Energy at a time. (Doesn't count as a basic energy when not in play and has no effect other than providing energy). If this card is attached to a Pokemon-ex, it provides (C) Energy instead.

(The Pokemon-ex effect was put there to prevent the card from being used on Lugia-ex)

ensignmerlin: Your set is one pokémon short (comparing to your first list, it's the Porygon XD). Other than that, fine. I'm actually curious about what will become of Eletronic Trinity...

-------------------
Castform * // HP: 70 // Type: (C)
Basic Pokémon

[Pokémon-* Rule: You can't have more than 1 Pokémon-* in your deck.]

Poké-Power: Starry Sky -- You may attach Castform * to a Stadium card in play from your hand. If you do, Castform * now has the following text instead of its original text: "This card isn't a Pokémon card. Once during your turn, you may change the name of the Stadium this card is attached to into any name of your choice."
(C)(C) Weather Flash -- Base Damage: 20+ -- You may have both players search their Discard Pile for any Stadium cards and shuffle them back into their deck (You choose all cards to be shuffled back.). This attack does 20 damage plus 10 more damage for each Stadium card shuffled back this way. If you didn't shuffle any card this way, this attack does 20 damage, and you may flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokemon is now Paralyzed.

Weakness: (F) // Resistance: None // Retreat Cost: (C)(C)
-------------------
Clair's Ditto // HP: 60 // Type: (C)
Basic Pokémon

Poké-Body: Dragon Genetics -- If Clair's Ditto is your Active Pokémon, any attack performed by your opponent's Active Pokémon without a Base Damage does nothing. Energies attached to Clair's Ditto provide all kinds of energies but only one at a time.
(C) Royal Morph -- Base Damage: 0 -- Look at all Prizes in game, without showing them to your opponent. If any of them is a Pokémon card, you may choose it, If you do, flip that Prize face-up. While that card remains face-up this way, treat Clair's Ditto as a copy of that card, except it still has the Dragon Genetics Poké-Body.

Weakness: (F) // Resistance: None // Retreat Cost: (C)(C)
Author's Note: Yes, it can evolve. Bizzare, but i like it this way.

EDIT: Storing the old Weather Flash wording for... well... archival purposes: Shuffle any number of Stadium cards from any Discard Pile into their respective decks. This attack does 20 damage times the number of Stadium cards shuffled this way. If you didn't shuffle any card this way, flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Paralyzed.

Actually, I had built a Castform deck, and used it to go 3 and 3 in a GC last year, but recently dismantled it, to prepare for the seasonal change over since I'm not going to nationals or worlds...the Castform * looks good, but on the attack I think it would sound better if it said:

"Base Damage:20+ You may have both players search their discard pile for any Stadium cards and shuffle them back into their deck. This attack does 20 damage plus 10 more damage for each Stadium shuffled back into either player's deck. Or, this attack does 20 damage and flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokemon is now Paralyzed.

This way, the attack will do some damage no matter what, and you can choose the effect depending on what stage of the game your in. Other than that, the card looks good

Electronic Trinity will be like the Trinities of Senor's Kingdom Hearts set.

PokéPower: Widespread Corruption.
Once during your turn, you may put up to 10 damage counters on your opponents Pokémon in play. Then, put an equal amount of counters on your Pokémon in play. Your turn is now over. Porygon XD cannot use this PokéPower if it is affected by a special Condition.

Another card out of the Castform set:

Sea of Sand
Trainer (Stadium)

This stadium stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card card comes into play. If another card with the same name is in play, you can't play this card.

As long as this card remains in play, put 1 damage counter on each Active Pokemon (both yours and your opponents) between turns, excluding (F) Pokemon and (M) Pokemon.

Picture: The card looks like Desert Ruins without the Ruins. In the middle of the field, above the PokeBall circle that is usually in the middle of a battlefield is a lone regular Castform battling against an Tyranitar. There is a sandstorm taking placing, but the Castform remains in it's normal form.

peace for now
The Phantom

puyallup_phantom: I'd normally argue a bit before changing my wording, but i'll admit yours has far more synergy with a castform idea, so i'll edit my card as soon as possible. Oh, and thanks for the compliments. Just one thing... Isn't that stadium of yours terribly broken? Desert Ruins was very limited for a reason...

ensignmerlin: Your cards are fine, but just for comfirmation, when using Hacker, you can't look at the cards you discarded, neither at your remaining hand until you decide to discard or draw, right? Plus, that last part of your wording honestly doesn't look good to me. Why don't you change it to: "Then, choose one of the following -- Draw an equal amount of cards, or discard an equal number of cards from your opponent's hand." or, in a more Pokémon-style, "You may then draw an equal amount of cards. If you don't, discard an equal number of cards from your opponent's hand."

I'm not doing any cards right now, but i'll reserve Ditto and Metagame in the Ditto set, and Rain Castform in the Castform set.

Here it is Archonn, the cards you wanted to see most.

Dark Porygon 30HP [D]

Basic Pokémon

PokéBody: Virus Core.
Whenever a Pokémon attacks Dark Porygon flip a coin. If heads, prevent all damage and effects from that attack. If tails, and if Dark Porygon is Knocked out then put a Virus counter on the Defending Pokémon. (A pokémon with a virus counter on it cannot retreat and must flip a coin when attacking. If tails, that attack does nothing.)

[D] Hack Draw
Draw 3 cards.

Weakness:[F]
Resistance:
Retreat Cost:[C]

Angel Porygon 70HP [T]

Basic Pokémon

PokéBody: Holy Core.
Whenever Angel Porygon attacks, flip a coin. If heads, remove 2 damage counters from each player's active Pokémon.

[T] Holy Discard
Discard 2 cards from your opponents hand at random.

Retreat Cost:[C]

Alpha Porygon 30HP [C]

Basic Pokémon (Evolves into Beta Porygon.)

PokéBody: Prototype.
When you play Alpha Porygon from your hand you may search your discard pile for a Supporter and attach it to Alpha Porygon.

[C] Basic Reader
Choose one Supporter card attached to Alpha Porygon and use the effect of that card as the effect of this attack.

Weakness:[F]
Resistance:
Retreat Cost:[C]

Beta Porygon 50HP [C]

Basic Pokémon (Evolves into Porygon.)

PokéBody: Reverse Compatibility.
Beta Porygon may use the attacks of any Pokémon it has evolved from.

[C] Basic Programming
Discard 2 cards from your hand. Then, search your deck for a card and put it into your hand.

Weakness:[F]
Resistance:
Retreat Cost:[C]

ensingmerlin: Hey, who said these were the card i wanted to see most? ^^ I'll admit, imho these are some of your best cards, even if Dark and Angel break their own rules. But who cares, it's your set after all, plus, they are pretty good the way they are. Bonus points for making a way to Stage 3 Porygon2 (and the entire baby without baby rule idea, actually).

-------------------
Metagame
Trainer Card
Search your deck for a card with at least one of the following words in it: Opponent, defending, remove, pile. Put the chosen card in your hand. Shuffle your deck afterwards.
Flavor Text: Be able to adapt yourself to your surroundings.
Author's note: Am i missing any important term usually found in typical meta (you know, these kind of cards you only use against a certain deck-type)?
-------------------
Ditto // HP: 50 // Type: (C)
Basic Pokémon

Poké-Power: Universal Morph -- Whenever you would play Ditto from your hand, you may instead reveal a Trainer or Basic Energy card from your hand. If you do, Ditto becomes a copy of that card. and it must be played as such. Until Ditto leaves play, set the revealed card aside, face-up (Put the card back in your hand when Ditto leaves play.).
(C) Melt and Hide -- Base Damage: 10 -- You may shuffle Ditto and any cards attached to it into your deck (Cards that aren't shuffled this way are discarded.).

Weakness: (F) // Resistance: None // Retreat Cost: (C)
-------------------
Rain Castform // HP: 70 // Type: (W)
Basic Pokémon

Poké-Power: Temperamental Weather -- Once during your turn, (before your attack), you may search your deck for Castform, Sunny Castform, or Snow-cloud Castform and switch it with Rain Castform. (Any cards attached to Rain Castform, damage counters, Special Conditions and effects on it are now on the new Pokémon.) Shuffle Rain Castform back into your deck. You can't use more than 1 Temperamental Weather Poké-Power each turn.
(C) Family's Tear -- Base Damage: 0 -- Until damage counters are placed by the Poison Special Condition, any Pokémon card with Castform in its name counts as if its name is Castform, and you may use the Temperamental Weather Poké-Power regardless of restrictions concerning turns. If you do, you may perform an attack with this Pokémon.

Weakness: (L) // Resistance: None // Retreat Cost: (C)
-------------------
Notes about Rain Castform -- If Family's Tear seems confusing, let me explain: First, it allows you to change into any castform, even EX, or owner's castforms. Second, it allows you to use temperamental weather even after your turn ends, and it also allows you to change twice (remember, it ignores turn-based restrictions), just remember these advantages end when your turn ends. Third, if you did change into a new pokémon, it allows you to attack with the new castform (even if it is written "this Pokémon", because the temp. weather power carries the effects with it), so you don't lose a turn by changing into these more different castforms. Essentially, if you're going to have a deck with these special castforms, it's a good idea to take one of this, too.

EDIT: Rain Castform's wording was sightly altered for correctness.

It's a good thing to read the rules and learn to type the Pokémon's name before you make a set...

Aerodactyl, not Aerodactil.

In rechanrge, what do you do with the other 2 Energy?

I guess I'm going with Kabutops first.....

Kabutops set:
Pokémon
Kabutops
Kabutops ex
Kabutops *
Kabutops δ
Kabutops (Crystal)
Dark Kabutops
Light Kabutops
Water Adept's Über Kabutops
Brock's Kabutops
Bruno's Kabutops
Roxanne's Kabutops

Trainers
Sharp Claw
Unknown Fossil
Pre-Historic Cave

Special
Mass Ressurection (Supporter)

This set is finished. Thanks for all the help guys...

Then, let's get it started.....

Water Adept's Über Kabutops (W) - 350 HP
Basic Pokémon

You can’t have more than 1 Über Pokémon in your deck. If you have any Über Pokémon in your deck, you can’t have any other Basic Pokémon or Evolution cards in your deck.

Poké-Power: Great Scythe
Once during your turn (before your attack), if you have at least 16 cards in your hand, you may use this power. Discard up to 4 cards from your hand. Then put that many damage counters on your opponent's Pokémon in any way you like. This power can't be used if Water Adept's Über Kabutops is affected by a Special Condition.

(WWC) Hacking Slash 10X
This attack does 10 damage for each 2 cards in your discard pile.

(WWWWC) Hyper Drain 90
Remove 9 damage counters from Water Adept's Über Kabutops. Hyper Drain can't be used during your next turn.

Weakness: None
Resistance: None
Retreat Cost: N/A
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mass Ressurection - Supporter

You can play only one Supporter card each turn. when you play this card, put it next to your Active Pokémon. When your turn ends, discard this card.

Choose any of your Mysterious Fossil, Root Fossil or Claw Fossil and search your deck for the same number of cards that evolves from them, show them to your opponent, and put those cards in your hand. Shuffle your deck afterwards.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I want some help on Mass Ressurection's text (I guess it can be better....)

That's it for now...

puyallup_phantom: You see, since Family's Tear makes Temperamental Weather ignore turn restrictions (like the expression "Once during your turn..."), it means you can use the Poké-Power even if it isn't your turn; that is, during your attack. There's even an condition in Family's Tear that triggers if you use Temperamental Weather this way (notice that the wording is "you may use the Temperamental Weather Poké-Power regardless of restrictions concerning turns. If you do, you may perform an attack with this Pokémon."), the very condition that lets you attack with the new castform without losing a turn. Yes, i know it is poorly worded, but it was the best way i found to word it.

tonio: Well, welcome onboard! I'm sorry to say, though, some things in your set need to be fixed (as ensignmerlin said). First, you need to change one of these 11 Aerodactyls into a normal one. I suggest changing the Rocket (because you already did the * and the exes seem interesting). Second, you need to list the three trainers and your "other" card. The trainers must have something related to Aerodactyl, but the "other" card may be anything you want to do. Third, give some recommendations about reserving (if you don't know what reserving is, just ask), like the ones seen in puyallup_phantom (actually his set is a very good example of how a set should be done).
Another suggestion i can make is for you to put a bit more of work in grammar, but since it is your set, i'll leave card quality in your hands. If you want help with it, though, i'm pretty sure i can help, just ask. Of course, you could also read MegaVelocibot's guide, there's a link to it posted on the first post's third paragraph.

Water Adept: Nice set (wow, an Über... can't wait to see what other wacky mechanics will see use in the next sets), you're just missing general reservation rules. Oh, and i even tried to word Mass Ressurection better, but i simply failed. Yours is already very good, i think.

Anyway, sorry for the time i took to post (and update the master list). I'll try to do some cards ASAP.
