Okay, referring to previous thread on Skill Hack.
The card text for the attack specifically said that
(You must still do anything else required for that attack)
So, Elemental Blast requires that Lugia ex to discard a R Energy, W Energy, and L Energy, so why would Shifty be able to use Elemental Blast if it cannot discard the 3 energies?
Sorry to question your previous ruling but it just seems inconsistent to me so I want to double-check. To me, if this is the ruling, then it makes Shiftry a much more playable card than otherwise.
