Playmats are a case by case, if the HJ thinks it is bad, or anyone complains about it - then you get asked to put it away.

Pokemon does have the Professor Darkrai mat and the Red / White Pokeball mat. The Professor mat is only available to Professors and the Pokeball has been part of the prizes for events since last year at Worlds.

You can find people trading them here, or selling them on either the Sellers forum or ebay.

You should have just started a new thread, instead of reviving one two years old.

To answer your question, no, because the judges will deem them reflective, meaning you can see your card ontop if you lift it up slightly.
