Nice deck. Consider some more tools and a more diverse tool choice to enable the deck to use and abuse them in both means. Also consider more standard Slowkings since those can take over after two to three litter with ease. Stick to the confusion Slowpoke to slow down other Jirachi starters or decks that accellerate their resources on their first turn.
