Poke-Power: Clairvoyance
You can use this power once during your turn. Look at the top 3 cards from either your deck or your opponent’s deck, and return them to the top of that deck in any order. This power can’t be used if this Pokemon is affected by a Special Condition.

[P][C] Confusion: 30 damage. Flip a coin, if heads the Defending Pokemon is now Paralyzed.

Weakness: Psychic (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 2

Will Slowking's Poke-Power slow down games too much? I think this card could become popular because it can be very disruptive. Part of the game is based on the luck of getting a good top deck on your draw. This takes that away, and if Slowking becomes really popular players are going to repeatedly get crappy draws.
 
It could be an interesting tech. But it's MetalGengar bait, a free prize for a Luxray that doesn't mind Flash Bite + Trash Bolt (though that IS a lot to ask), and it's not too hard to get all three cards anyway (thinking of Pokedex) so their top draw rarely matters. This would be pretty epic/hilarious in a Palkia Lock deck, though.
 
How about with Flygon Lv.X to control what cards get discarded in between turns?
 
As great as that could be in some situations, i'd almost always rather have a Nidoqueen, Claydol, Gardevoir, Weavile etc sitting on that bench space.
 
i wouldn't, if ur playing stallgon the name of the game is getting the stuff they need out of their reach. what better way than to organize their draw every turn?
 
Even better, what if you put Slowking in the Primape SV deck. Primape SV just received a new toy!

Then you beat 3 noobs at leagues with decks that have 37 pokemon in it and then you meet someone reall who knows how to play and lose.
 
Very useful in Flygon Lock. Useful after eliminating a person's source of draw, whatever that might be. Cyrus' Initiative to take away cards that search or draw (this is dubious), use Slowking's Power, snipe Claydol. Not a pleasant situation, but this won't be out for a long while.
 
i like this card in either palkia lock (giving them crap while you lock powers is evil) or stallgon, i'd like to see how it does
 
While i don't think that it will slow the game down,it may be a tech for the poke power.Disruption is a good style of play if you can do it right.
 
I think it has potential, but as for slowing the game down, I don't think it will, because most people will draw into those cards with Claydol or Uxie anyway.
