Because the Smash Cards currently have too many :dark: Smashers, I'm holding a competition where people can suggest what Nintendo characters (yes Nintendo characters only please) they would like to become Ex cards. These can be characters that already have cards made for them or cards that are likely to appear in future sets.
There's 9 Energy types (Smash, Fighting, Grass, Fire, Water, Electric, Metal, Psychic and Star), you can choose up to 2 Smashers for each Energy type. If you don't include what Energy type you'd like the character to be, I'll decide. If I think that character would fit better as a different type, then I'll change it. I'll only reject a character if:
1) I already planned on making an Ex card for them in a future set, or have already made an Ex card for them.
2) If that character would better fit as a :dark: type, this set won't include :dark: Smashers.
3) If I'm going to struggle to find decent pictures for the character.
When the competition is over I will choose 4 characters from each Energy type (this number can be increased further if I get more than enough contributions for each Energy type), and those characters will appear in the ExPower Promotional set with actual graphical cards made for them. As the list suggests, yes you can choose Pokemon and Evolved Pokemon, but please don't choose too many of either. They already have more than enough cards in their own sets as it is. XD
