Just got the cards today, I'll be leaving a ref shortly. I'm going to pass on the Mewtwo* though.
I just got the Colress Machine so I'm going to say no.
I put the Darkrai about $5 more than the Skyla. Do you need anything else besides the HTL to get to the Shiny Random Receiver?

Went through what I have for Base to Destiny. Most of the holos/rares I have aren't in great condition, but I found a couple that are at least NM. They all have some slight whiting on the back.
Base: 1, 23, 59
Jungle: 22 (this one has some more whiting on the back edges)
Rocket: 29, 30
Gym Heroes: 8, 99
Neo Revelations: 25, 35, 45, 47, 56
I put the holos at $3.5, rares at $1.5 and C/UC at $0.25
