Its a program you download that shows the cards and you can play against other people by connecting with them - there should be a guide somewhere around here.

You can go to pokebeach and they have a complete how to I believe.

To connect to others, you'll need hamachi as well.

what i meant was, i have redshark but i dont understand hamachi

Hamachi is a way to get around the limitations Routers place on networking. It basically gives you a dedicated IP Address to use for RS/Apprentice

1 Day Redshark tournaments don't work, sorry to say. There's no way you could organize it in such a way, with more than 3 people or so available to do it in a 1 day frame.
