So when will the next format be announced?

Since Worlds is right around the corner, I'm wondering sort of when the next OFFICIAL format change will be announced. Anyone know so that everyone can start decktesting/playtesting for next year?

I usually have a lot of patience for duplicate topics, but come on, this is just to many, and i bet it is already being discussed in more than 1 thread on the first page....

no one has any idea when or what it'll be.
