Evosoda is not Wally's Training other than searching the deck for the evolution card. It does bypass timing rules at all.
The key phrase is: "You can't use this card... on a Pokemon that was put into play this turn."
You are leaving timing out of your scenarios, but I'll assume you mean all during the same turn. Correct me if that is not what you meant.
I'll also assume that your Basic has been in play since before this turn.
Basic to Normal Evolution and then Soda: No. The Stage 1 Pokemon just came into play. That violates the text on Evosoda.
Basic to Stage 1: OK. And then to normal Evo: No. You can't evolve a Pokemon that just came into play.
Basic to Stage 1: OK.
Basic to Stage 2: No.
