I saw that Tangrowth won a Battle Road and I was wondering about its first attack. If Tangrowth and Sceptile and Tangrowth has 3 energies on him could he do 60 to a benched Pokemon using Power Whip?

Power Whip (Tangrowth - Great Encounters)

* Tangrowth's "Power Whip" attack should say, "This attack does 10 damage for each Energy from basic Energy cards attached to Tangrowth to that Pokemon." (Feb 28, 2008 Pokemon Organized Play News)
