So, I'm bored (as usual), so I was fooling around with som ideas for a few LEGEND cards...

Name: Arceus LEGEND
Card Type: LEGEND

Text: Once during your turn (before you attack), you may choose a basic Energy card attached to one of your Pokémon and shuffle it in to your deck. If you do, search your deck for a basic Energy card and attach it to Arceus LEGEND. This Ability cannot be used if Arceus LEGEND is affected by a Special Condition.

Name: Hypno Stone
Card Type: Trainer; Stadium
Text: Whenever a Pokemon is Asleep, put one damage counter on that Pokemon in between turns.

Name: Fire Stone
Card Type: Trainer; Stadium
Text: Whenever a Pokemon would be damaged by the Burned condition, put 4 damage counters on that Pokemon instead of 2.

Name: Thunder Stone
Card Type: Trainer; Stadium
Text: Whenever a Pokémon would recover from the Paralysis, flip a coin. If heads, put 2 damage counters on that Pokemon.

Name: Poison Stone
Card Type: Trainer; Stadium
Text: Whenever a Pokemon would be damaged by the Poisoned condition, put 2 damage counters on that Pokemon instead of 1.

Name: Damage Reliever
Card Type: Trainer; Item; Pokemon Tool
Text: This card may only be attached to one of your benched Pokemon. If Damage Reliever is attached to your active Pokemon, discard Damage Reliever. There can only be one Damage Reliever in play at once. If two Damage Relievers come in to play, discard the most recently played one.
All damage done to your Pokemon is done to the Pokemon with Damage Reliever attached to it instead.

Name: Summoner
Card Type: Trainer; Item; Ace Spec
Text: Search your deck for both halves of a Pokemon LEGEND and put them on to your bench. Shuffle your deck afterwards.

Name: Ability Rejection
Card Type: Trainer; Stadium
Text: As long as Ability Rejection is in play, no Pokemon (yours and your opponent’s) may use any Abilities.

Name: Rainbow Energy
Card Type: Special Energy
Text: Rainbow Energy may only be attached to a Pokemon LEGEND. If Rainbow Energy is no longer attached to Pokemon LEGEND, discard Rainbow Energy.
As long as Rainbow Energy is attached to a Pokemon Legend, Rainbow Energy provides all kinds of Energy, but only provides 2 Energy at a time. No more than 3 Rainbow Energy may be attached to a Pokemon at once.

As you can see, I've made Special Conditions much more important in these cards. I'm not sure how it would end up working if you mixed these cards together with the current cards, especially EXs. They're just not strong enough, in my opinion.
