Once during your turn, you may choose a Trainer, Supporter or a Stadium card in your discard pile and put it face up on the Hands Off zone. As long as that card is in the Face Off zone, both players can't play that card from their hands. Return that card back to your discard pile if you use Select Lock again. You can't use more then one Select Lock Poke-Power during your turn.

This attack does 10 + 10 more damage for each (M) Energy attached to Mawile. After doing damage, you may move any number of Energy cards from Mawile to 1 of your Benched Pokemon.

Then, look at your opponents hand and discard all cards you find in there that have the same name as that Pokemon Tool you just discarded.

Look at your opponents discard pile and count the number of Trainers, Supporters and Stadiums you find there. For each 2 Supporters, Trainers and Stadiums you find this way, this attack does 20 damage to the Defending Pokemon.

Galactic's Control Tower - Stadium

At the end of either players turn, if that player was unable to play every card from his or hand before attacking, he or she puts the rest of the cards in the Hands Off zone after attack. If Galactic's Control Tower is discarded, both players return all the cards from the Hands Off zone back into their hand.
