butterfree ex needs only 1 weakness since he has only 130 HP, not 150+. and belly drum needs to put 4 or 5 damage counters on lickitung and the next turn it does +100 damage, to make it more like the real belly drum. Cool; aipom, but wording on heads needs to make it only the next turn, not the rest of the game.

Ah! Great to see you're back here.
I have some comments though on your new cards.
First off, we have Aipom. Nice but the text for Tickle can be fixed.
Flip a coin. If heads, during your opponent's next turn, all damage done by the Defending Pokémon´s attacks is reduced by 10. If tails, until the end of your next turn, the all damage done to the Defending Pokemon does 10 more damage(after applying Weakness and Resistance).

Next, Lickitung. The text for Belly Drum is different from the Neo Discovery Poliwhirl. You can check it out and change the text or the name of the attack.

Than on to Tangela, Caterpie and Metapod. There nothing wrong here. Great.

Then finally, Butterfree ex. Like Shiloh Phoenix said, remove one Weakness. Take Crobat for instance. It's a stage 2, yes but with exceptionally low HP. Thus, it has only one Weakness. And maybe change the (P) in Psybeam to (G) for a change. Giga Drain seems overpowered. Maybe remove three or four damage counters only.
