Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Some of the things we eat....

Right on man.

When I tell people I eat 10 bananas for breakfast they usually think I'm nuts. But I'm really just bananas.
You are what you eat, after all. ;D

How about this, here's what I ate yesterday. I had one of my smoothies with a bit of almond milk (I don't do measurements), 2 bananas, a container of pineapples, and an apple. That's about 5 grams of protein. For lunch, I had a chopped salad with tofu. That's about 26 grams (according to the Pei Wei website). For dinner, I shared a tofu curry, a papaya salad, an eggplant stuffed with tofu, and a glass noodle soup. The combined total of that meal is around 36ish grams of protein, but because I shared it with another person, we can cut that in half. Overall, I had 48 grams of protein yesterday. That is smugly between the recommended min and max protein levels I should have in a day. A minimum of 34 grams to a maximum of 60.5 grams is recommended for a person with my gender, height, and weight.

Moreover, there were many other very important nutrients that I got that one wouldn't think a normal vegan would have without pills. Ignoring my almond milk, I got calcium from the tofu, lettuce in the salad, greens in the papaya salad and noodle soup, and even the nuts in my papaya salad.

The reason I am vegan is health related alone. My family has a severe history of heart attack, so I figured I'd be the one to end that history. My uncle has had a heart attack twice, my grandma has had 1, and both of my grandpas have had one. Removing animal protein is recommended in all books that I have read about the topic, so I decided to do so. I could care less about the animals... and I do not feel awkward around people who do eat animal protein. The fact that you all are questioning me shows your interest. :)

ANYWAYS

Alex, I don't think that trait is weird. I'll put hotsauce on anything as long as the hotsauce is close enough to me. My brother, my cousin, and a really good friend of mine all do that as well. Ever try flaming hot sauce on white rice? LOVE IT

I simply attempt to keep a balanced diet, with whole grains, vegetables, fruits, and meats. I don't shy away from sweets or certain processed food, though. Even though I'm a graduate student, I do a lot of cooking for myself.

My philosophy is two-part:
1) Energy in = energy out.
2) Don't eat if you're not hungry.

However, the "Energy in = energy out" equation might be violated today by exchanging the "=" for a "<" --I'm biking 12 miles each way to the Des Plaines pre-release today, and it's also Passover. My lunch will be matzo and lox, and maybe some clementines too.

I also try to keep a high protein diet because I work out a lot.

Ex;

1. Breakfast
Coffee w/ whey protein
Apple

2. Breakfast
3 Eggs
3 Yogurt cups
2 oz fresh fruit
2 slices toast w/ peanut butter

1 Glass of milk

3. Snack
Apple w/ Peanut butter or Wheat thins w/ peanut butter

4. Lunch
Chicken wrap
Large cookie
Glass of milk
Glass of juice

5. Pre-workout

I like to eat :)

I make virgin caesers and put really weird things into them. An example is:

Soy Sauce,

Balsamic Vinegar,

Kosher Horseradish,

Garlic Powder,

Mustard,

Loads of tabasco and hot sauce

Depending on how you flavor it, you have a diverse range of caeser tastes.

I like to eat :)

Bolded is probably more than I eat in a day.

It was worse. I just quit eating in general for a while, going a day or two on end fasting without even noticing. I just...didn't get hungry.

^Yeah, I always say I'll do that, never got around to it.

My friends on here can vouch for my out-of-shapeness, but the fact that I'm like over 6 ft, weigh 120 pounds, and am 14 is just kinda weird.

I was 5'0, 70 lbs before I started wrestling. i only benched like the bar once.
Now i'm 5'7, 150 and put up 225 :)

That could be a good idea for you too lol. Wrestlers eat ALOT.

Back on topic, i'm about to go DESTROY a yogurt parfait =]

I have been eating a lot of yogurt recently, im for some reason a fan of plain yogurt, and it's really great for you.

It's really great.

1. Get some sort of cup.
2. Fill half with yogurt
3. Add bananas and cereal
4. More yogurt
5. See step 3
