EVs: 144 HP / 252 Atk / 36 Def / 76 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Thunder Wave
- Rock Slide
- Coil
- Roost

Notice how this team of n'er do wells acheived such a great result against a pretty good overused team. However, it certainly isn't perfect, so could I get some critique please?

I like the type spread and that it is not heavily relied upon a specific theme. There are a good number of NU Pokies who do not see the "battle field", so they can be used since not that many people can be prepared for what they can bring to the field.

I like Tropius, in fact it was my heavy hitter in XD: GoD.

IMO- very well balanced and solid, totally unpredictable and can do well once in a while in the current meta game.
A lot of OU Pokies can burn this team up if the opponent has a solid theme that can wreck havoc if they know how to set up and predict well.

From what I see this would be a decent team if you're playing in uu/ru teir. In my opinion I dont think this will do welll against ou pokemon. If you're up against a ou team with a solid strategy (Mainly most competitive trainers) this team wont do so well. Every pokemon in the team is highly predictable. The only advantage you would have in real battle would be your switch-ins. But individually each one of your pokemon have decent coverage.

Isn't Sheer Force A Dream World ability

and this - Roost on a dunsparce isn't roost a Flying type move?

No, Zen Mode is DW IIRC. This is for DW OU anyway.

Yeah, I don't know how, but Dunsparce can learn Roost. I used Pokemon Online, and all teams made with that are physically possible, so yeah.

Serious points for the Dunsparce. I may have to steal him from you .
Though I'd switch out Thunder Wave for Glare. It may not be quite as accurate. But, It's accuracy has had a big improvement this Gen, from a pretty unacceptable 70 to a capable 90. A mere 10% drop is definitely worth the ability to Paralyze Ground Types, esspecially Gliscor. And of course you do have Coil on the set. So it's not accuracy is really much of an issue, ayways.
That said, I feel he'd get a lot more out of a Careful nature. Not mention a more defensive EV spread.
And since you are running Roost, why not use a King's Rock?
