Here's the e-Reader data, created by myself:

Scan all the Sonic Pokémon in the set (not connected to another GBA or a Gamecube), then scan a "playable character" Trainer card, and you'll be playing in a new Sonic stage with an old-school STH3 feel. While in the stage, Sonic and Shadow use A or B to jump, twice to shield, twice with Flame Shield to move far, twice with Lightning Shield to create sparks and double-jump, and twice with Bubble Shield to bounce. Tails uses A or B once to jump, and repeated presses makes Tails fly. Knuckles and red face paint use A or B to jump, and again to glide as long as the button is held. Let go to drop. Eggman uses A to jump, A twice to double-jump, and B to fire the weapon. All characters can hold Down on the Control Pad and keep tapping A or, in the case of all but Eggman, B to do the famous spin-dash. Eggman can use a special laser by holding Down on the Control Pad and keep tapping B.

Scan all the Tails Pokémon and a character Trainer to play another stage. Other stages are in the Knuckles, Shadow, Eggman, and red face paint Pokémon.

Connect a GBA with an e-Reader to Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, then select a stage but don't start it. Scan a character trainer, and you'll be playing in the stage selected with the character you scanned. Now we'll see just how tough Knuckles is in red face paint's stages. (You can also use the Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Eggman cards in any part of Sonic Adventure DX, but Shadow and red face paint can only be scanned into the included Game Gear games.)

Connect a GBA with an e-Reader to another GBA with Sonic Advance 1 or 2, or Sonic Pinball Party, then scan a Dark Story character Trainer and the person with the Sonic Advance 1 or 2 (or Sonic Pinball Party) pack can use the scanned Dark Story character in the game.

Connect the GBA with an e-Reader to Phantasy Star Online Episode I & II, then scan PSO Advertisement and Eggwalker through to get a special mission both online and offline. A second mission would be playable in PSO Episode III when the cards are scanned in there, and connected to Phantasy Star Collection yields a new Sonic mini-level on the e-Reader (scan a Character Trainer to play).

Scan a stage Trainer into a GBA with an e-Reader (no connections) to listen to that stage's music.

Scan all the non-character, non-stage, non-PSO Advertisement, non-Eggwalker Trainers while connected to Sonic Adventure 2 Battle to give each character another alternate Kart racing uniform. Sonic wears Ash's pre-Advance Generation clothes, Shadow wears Ash's Advance Generation clothes, Eggman wears a Team Rocket uniform, Knuckles wears Brock's pre-Advance Generation clothes, Tails wears Tracey's clothes, and red face paint wears Misty's clothes.

Scan the Chao Trainer card or any Basic Pokémon with Chao in their name while connected to Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, Sonic Adventure DX, Sonic Advance, Sonic Advance 2, or Sonic Pinball Party and that Chao will then appear in the Chao Garden in that game.
