You need an e-reader and an eon ticket. The eon ticket was given away in a Nintendo Power issue and a Nintendo event. On R&S, the eon ticket will let you go to the southern islands where you get the other lati and the Soul Dew.

because of how amazingly brocken they are when holding this item. just like how wobbeffet cant hold leftovers because he is too good with them.

wrong..it was banned beacouse it was a nintendo event itam. just like deoxys,mew,celebi, and jirachi.

what JAA barred was nintendo event pokemon/items, and wobby with leftovers.

the only reason ho-oh and lugia whernt banned is cuz you can get them from a nintendo event AND colliseum and XD.

Wobby with leftovers is not banned because it's good. It's banned because if both players send it out, neither can retreat and the don't have attack moves, so they sit there until they Struggle, but leftovers heals the minimum damage that struggle does, so it goes into a stall match.
