The strategy is to get out blaziken for the burn and skuntank for the poison, and then dustox ftw. Obviously what about Dialga G LV. X? Blaiken is Dialga's weakness.

You should still have a main attacker. Drapion X, Blaziken PT and Venusaur can inflict Special Conditions from the bench. Dustox PT might be the attacker to go with because of its Body.
 
Well, first you should try to come up with a full deck list, including trainers and energy.

Here's a rough list of what I would do for this deck concept. I got rid of Venusaur due to the coin flip. The ideal setup is Blaziken for Burn and Skuntank with a Stadium in play for Poison. Dustox's Body protects it and Shaymin can do 80 for 2 energy.

I don't think it will be that much of a problem because Dialga G LV. X is weak to fire and Blaziken should pwn.
