I know it likely wont be top tier but should be an interesting fun/league deck
pokemon 20
3-3 leafeon
3-3 roserade
3-3-2 scolipede (all EP versions)
t/s/s 25
3 pokemon collector
4 pokemon communication
2 interviewers
2 pont
2 seeker
2 Bianca
1 twins
1 flower shop lady
3 poke catcher
2 junk arm
3 max potion
energy 15
8 psychic
4 grass
3 rainbow
strategy: basic strat is to get roserade and either whirlipede or leafeon up by turn 2 and get a special condition (most likely poison) on the opponents active using roserades power so we can do 70 or 50 a turn for 1 energy (for whirlipede and leafeon respectively).
the scolipede is there mostly so we have the option to evolve to stronger poke and maybe apply its stronger poison.
catcher shouldn't be much of a problem cause all the poke save the scolipede line have 1 retreat, and most of the attacks only require 1 energy so max potion heal wont discard much energy either.
possible tech: muk for its 1 energy applying of 2 conditions while catchering at the same time, also maybe up the rainbow to 4, add some revive/rescue energy. if there was a good poke that added burn consistently i'd add that too.
