The reason I made this decklist is the new Eevee from Furious fists. It is just a really neat ability, and I wanted to make a good deck based on it. The only really good eeveelutions is the plasma one's, and I found that the Espeon is quite interesting.

The first attack is nice if you are left with a dead hand, and it is simular to Lucario EXs two-energy attack. The secound attack is the one I am going to use the most. With some Deoxys in play, muscle band, and maybe laserbank, it suddenly becomes quite powerful. Also the possibility to snipe the bench for weakness is really nice since Garbodor is weak to psycic.

The main strategy of this deck is to be one step ahead of your opponent, and hit big numbers for few energy. With this deck you would like to go secound, which you can always do unless your opponent wins the flip, and wants you to go first (this does not happen very often). With Eevee's ability, you can evolve into espeon just by attaching an psycic energy to it (it also works turn one, and the turn you play eevee). Then you maximize the damage output with deoxys, muscle band, and laser/bank. This will allow you to hit any benched pokemon for 40 (+weakness and resistance), or to hit the active pokemon with 40-90 damage + 10 or 30 more with laser/bank.
Espeon is always your main attacker, and you want to set up Dusknoir as fast as you can, to conserve damage, and manipulate it. Deoxys EX is a nice backup-attacker, which can hit pokemon like Mewtwo EX, Lucario EX or other psychic-weak pokemon, for big numbers with a plasma energy. I also added one Leafeon to counter Toad to some degree.
I dont want to explain every trainer card in here, so just ask if you find some of them strange choises ;)

Here is the list that I have come up with so far:

Pokemon: 17
4 Eevee (XY3)
3 Espeon (PF)
1 Leafeon (PF)
1 Flareon (PF)
3 Deoxys EX (PF)
2-1-2 Dusknoir (BC)

Energy: 8
6 Psycic
2 Plasma

Trainers: 35
3 Juniper
4 N
3 Skyla
2 Colress
1 Pokemon fan club
1 Lysandre
2 Ultra ball
2 Team plasma ball
4 Hypnotoxic laser
2 Rare candy
1 Professors letter
1 Sacred ash
2 Switch
1 Energy retrieval
1 Dowsing machine
3 Muscle band
2 VCG

I have not tested it out much yet, but I want to hear from some other players... Do you think this deck has potential? Personally, I think it may be a bit too weak late-game, but with smart plays, and Dusknoir, I think it may have potential as a red face paint deck.
Also, is there any improvements you can suggest?

We've been tooling around with this idea for some time as well.

I really like the eeveeloutions that you have chosen for this deck but I would include flareon (PLF) as I think Virizion Genesect will still be a thing. -1 Espeon, +1 Flareon. May cut down on draw supporters just a tad b/c of Espeon's psy alert. -1 Juniper + Fan Club, -1 Ultra Ball +1 Team Plasma Ball.

These are just thoughts, take them or leave them. I like the idea a lot and will bring it to league tomorrow just to tool around with.

Nice, I will try your suggestions :) But then maybe add 1 DC for flareon? Or just one more energy in total... I am going to test it out on ptcgo when I complete the deck there.

Do you use the same list, or is it different? Anyways, let me know how it does :)

i'm actually liking this build (beat my friends Lucario/Thunderous deck the other day). two changes i did was i took out 1x sacred ash & 1x dowsing machine and added 1x ultra ball & 1x computer search. i see it as the faster you can set up, the better. this deck needs speed to do some work since all the main attackers are fairly weak in HP.

another thing that's been on my mind is taking out the 2x VCG for 2x frozen city. again, this deck needs speed and the faster we can put damage on opponent's pokemon the better. plus, dusknoir can just move the damage counters around if needed. it also hasn't been confirmed yet (at least from what i know) that eevee would receive damage after attaching the energy if frozen city is on the field or not. if it doesn't, i'm definitely making the switch lol.
