Why should I put Claydol HP in there? Aren't ex series cards going to be distributed out in august or september?

If you want a dp-on deck, but flygon ex d is going out to and you had him in your list, so if you can use one, you can use the other. Claydol HP is in there to start the spread for empoleon. TGW= Team galactics wager. Since Rocets admin is un-playable, use this insted.
