Here's a deck I have been playing a while now and it doing well

Stragey:
Set up Cinccino then use Accelgor, the Serperior heal your pokemon I have found it useful and using Reshiram as a shelid if set up is slow.

Maybe change 1 cleffa to a Servine as a back up incase you can not get the rare candy or the rare candy is prized or you are trainer locked and therefore can not recieve the benefit of the Serperior's Royal Heal.
